{"id":23264,"date":"2024-03-21T16:03:11","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T15:03:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/befve.com\/?p=23264"},"modified":"2024-03-21T16:03:11","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T15:03:11","slug":"asperges-une-campagne-2024-sur-le-ton-de-la-reconquete-par-freshplaza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/befve.com\/en\/asperges-une-campagne-2024-sur-le-ton-de-la-reconquete-par-freshplaza\/","title":{"rendered":"Asperges : une campagne 2024 sur le ton de la reconqu\u00eate par FreshPlaza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<header>\n<h1>Asperges : une campagne 2024 sur le ton de la reconqu\u00eate<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<p><main>En ce d\u00e9but de saison d&#8217;asperges, Astrid Et\u00e8venaux &#8211; directrice de l&#8217;AOP Asperges de France &#8211; fait le point sur les pr\u00e9visions de r\u00e9colte de la campagne 2024 et sur les \u00e9volutions de la production et de la consommation en France.<\/main><strong>Des surfaces de culture en baisse<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00ab Globalement, au niveau de l&#8217;AOP nous sommes, en 2024, sur une diminution de la surface en production de 7 %. Mais soyons rassur\u00e9s, le pr\u00e9visionnel reste en hausse de 3 % par rapport au r\u00e9alis\u00e9 2023. Le taux de renouvellement est quant \u00e0 lui exceptionnellement faible cette ann\u00e9e. Il s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 4 %, sachant que pour maintenir une production \u00e9quivalente il doit atteindre les 10 % \u00bb. Un taux bas qui s&#8217;explique par plusieurs ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes : \u00ab Il y a les d\u00e9parts en retraite mais aussi des conversions sur d&#8217;autres cultures plus avantageuses ou plus faciles \u00e0 conduire. La culture de l&#8217;asperge demande beaucoup de main d&#8217;\u0153uvre, co\u00fbt de production qui ne cesse d&#8217;augmenter depuis 2021. Mais il s&#8217;agit ici d&#8217;une ann\u00e9e isol\u00e9e, d&#8217;importantes campagnes de sensibilisation sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par des coop\u00e9ratives comme Ma\u00efsadour, Arterris, Fleuron d&#8217;Anjou ou Copadax pour encourager l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion de nouveaux producteurs \u00e0 cette belle culture qui attire de v\u00e9ritables passionn\u00e9s. Un d\u00e9marrage plut\u00f4t lent, principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 une pluie abondante : \u00ab Il a beaucoup plu ces derniers temps ce qui &#8211; bien qu&#8217;il ne devrait y avoir aucun impact sur la qualit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience des asparagiculteurs qui ma\u00eetrisent tr\u00e8s bien la conduite de leur culture &#8211; a eu pour cons\u00e9quence de refroidir les terres et donc de ralentir la pousse. Mais le challenge pour la r\u00e9gion cette ann\u00e9e sera de faire co\u00efncider le pic de production avec P\u00e2ques, positionn\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t dans le calendrier par rapport aux autres ann\u00e9es \u00bb. Un d\u00e9fi rendu difficile par une m\u00e9t\u00e9o changeante : \u00ab Les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques \u00e9voluant tous les jours, c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 d&#8217;avoir une visibilit\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise sur les quantit\u00e9s. Quant aux autres bassins de production, si le Sud-Est devrait voir ses volumes progresser d\u00e8s cette semaine, le Val de Loire devrait quant \u00e0 lui d\u00e9marrer le plein champ sur la p\u00e9riode de P\u00e2ques. Ce qui veut dire qu&#8217;il sera possible d&#8217;approvisionner le march\u00e9 durant toute la saison qui, rappelons-le, ne se cantonne pas au week-end de P\u00e2ques et s&#8217;\u00e9tend de fin-f\u00e9vrier pour les plus pr\u00e9coces \u00e0 mi-juin pour les plus tardives\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectif : cr\u00e9er un engouement sur toute la saison<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ainsi, pour inciter le consommateur \u00e0 \u00eatre au rendez-vous du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin de la campagne, Asperges de France pr\u00e9voit cette ann\u00e9e encore une campagne de communication aupr\u00e8s du grand public : \u00ab En 2023 encore, nous avons enregistr\u00e9 une baisse de 10 % de la consommation qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 chut\u00e9 de 15 % en 2022 (donn\u00e9es Kantar), malgr\u00e9 nos campagnes de sensibilisation. Pour inverser la tendance, l&#8217;objectif cette ann\u00e9e va \u00eatre d&#8217;associer l&#8217;asperge \u00e0 un incontournable du printemps d\u00e8s le mois de mars et ce jusqu&#8217;en juin. Il faut r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un engouement autour de ce l\u00e9gume et \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l&#8217;impatience. Ainsi, pour consommer de l&#8217;asperge, inutile \u00ab d&#8217;attendre d&#8217;avoir 65 ans \u00bb, \u00ab d&#8217;\u00eatre un chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 \u00bb ou encore \u00ab d&#8217;attendre l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e de P\u00e2ques \u00bb. Des recettes accompagneront \u00e9galement cette communication afin de montrer au consommateur diff\u00e9rents modes de cuisson et de pr\u00e9paration des asperges vertes comme blanches. \u00ab Nous avons pr\u00e9vu de belles mises en avant pour booster la demande. D&#8217;autant plus que la production fran\u00e7aise se diversifie en proposant encore plus de beaux produits, notamment avec deux IGP \u00e0 son actif mais aussi avec l&#8217;obtention cette ann\u00e9e d&#8217;un label rouge.
