Fin juin, l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e des fruits d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 a intensifi\u00e9 la concurrence entre fruits en magasins, dans un contexte o\u00f9 la qualit\u00e9 des fraises p\u00e2tissait des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s le 15 ao\u00fbt, un second \u00e9pisode de tension est survenu : la canicule a engendr\u00e9 un pic de production face \u00e0 une consommation en d\u00e9clin. Cette difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9couler les volumes et \u00e0 remonter les prix a persist\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;en septembre. \u00ab Sinon, les cours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bons ce qui a permis de maintenir des prix au m\u00eame niveau que l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00bb. Les volumes consolid\u00e9s par l&#8217;AOPn sont en l\u00e9g\u00e8re progression par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente campagne (environ 30 000 tonnes) avec plus de 31 500 tonnes entre juillet 2024 et juin 2025 (soit 53% de la production nationale). Une progression qui s&#8217;explique notamment par l&#8217;augmentation des surfaces de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La framboise dresse elle aussi un bilan satisfaisant. La production affiche une hausse d&#8217;environ 7 % par rapport \u00e0 2024 pour atteindre plus de 1 300 tonnes consolid\u00e9es par l&#8217;AOPn (soit 40% de la production nationale). \u00ab La campagne a n\u00e9anmoins souffert d&#8217;un manque de mise en avant dans les enseignes lors des pics de production, notamment fin juillet, ce qui a limit\u00e9 ses d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s et fait pression sur les prix \u00bb, note l&#8217;association. Certaines enseignes ayant \u00e9galement r\u00e9orient\u00e9 leurs achats vers l&#8217;import pour des raisons de prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des projets pour renforcer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9<\/strong><br>\u00ab Nos projets pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir autour de l&#8217;observation vari\u00e9tale, de la valorisation gustative, ou encore du renforcement des alternatives biologiques, t\u00e9moignent de notre d\u00e9termination \u00e0 pr\u00e9server l&#8217;excellence gustative et l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des productions de fraises et framboises fran\u00e7aises \u00bb, indique Emeline Vanespen, Directrice de l&#8217;AOPn Fraises Framboises de France. Car en 2026, l&#8217;AOPn pr\u00e9voit plusieurs chantiers structurants pour renforcer la performance et la diff\u00e9renciation des productions fran\u00e7aises. Le premier concerne le lancement de son r\u00e9seau national d&#8217;observation vari\u00e9tale, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux comprendre le comportement des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions de culture et \u00e0 orienter les choix vari\u00e9taux futurs. 20 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 tester ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. Le maintien de la Gariguette, r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au Catalogue Officiel en mai dernier, commence \u00e9galement \u00e0 produire ses effets : certains p\u00e9pini\u00e9ristes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu se procurer du mat\u00e9riel v\u00e9g\u00e9tal issu des souches de maintenance de l&#8217;AOPn Fraises Framboises de France. Sur le plan gustatif la fili\u00e8re pr\u00e9voit aussi de poursuivre en 2026 des tests h\u00e9doniques sur des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s initi\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e. \u00ab Ces analyses gustatives men\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;un panel de consommateurs, visent \u00e0 classer les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s selon leur go\u00fbt afin d&#8217;orienter les futures productions en fonction des r\u00e9sultats \u00bb.<br><br>Les travaux pour la protection des cultures se poursuivent \u00e9galement, notamment face \u00e0 l&#8217;arr\u00eat d&#8217;un produit pivot dans la lutte contre les pucerons (spirot\u00e9tramat). L&#8217;Association veut ainsi \u00e9tendre les l\u00e2chers de parasito\u00efdes de pucerons issus de ses \u00e9levages \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de serres.
