Malgr\u00e9 un d\u00e9marrage encore discret, les premiers retours qualit\u00e9 sont encourageants. \u00ab Aucun probl\u00e8me particulier n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 sur les premiers lots commercialis\u00e9s, dans un contexte de march\u00e9 import plut\u00f4t favorable \u00e0 l&#8217;origine fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.fr\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_fr\/2026\/05\/13\/dreamstime_m_79637141.jpg?preset=ContentFullSmall\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un contexte import favorable au lancement fran\u00e7ais<\/strong><br>Le d\u00e9but de campagne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie cette ann\u00e9e d&#8217;un environnement plut\u00f4t porteur. \u00ab Il y a eu plusieurs probl\u00e9matiques sur la framboise marocaine, ce qui a limit\u00e9 les achats et l&#8217;engouement sur cette origine \u00bb, rapporte Emeline Vanespen. M\u00eame constat du c\u00f4t\u00e9 espagnol, o\u00f9 le march\u00e9 appara\u00eet moins dynamique. \u00c0 l&#8217;inverse, les framboises portugaises affichent actuellement des prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une fen\u00eatre favorable pour les premi\u00e8res framboises fran\u00e7aises. \u00ab Tout cela contribue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des conditions plut\u00f4t positives pour le d\u00e9marrage de la campagne fran\u00e7aise \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une consommation largement domin\u00e9e par l&#8217;import<\/strong><br>La fili\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise continue n\u00e9anmoins d&#8217;\u00e9voluer dans un march\u00e9 extr\u00eamement d\u00e9pendant des importations. \u00ab Aujourd&#8217;hui, 85 % de la consommation de framboises en France provient de l&#8217;import \u00bb, souligne la directrice de l&#8217;AOPn. Une situation d&#8217;autant plus complexe que le pic de consommation fran\u00e7ais intervient au mois de mai, soit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au moment o\u00f9 les volumes import\u00e9s sont les plus importants, et non au pic de production fran\u00e7aise. Ce d\u00e9calage structurel limite m\u00e9caniquement la visibilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;offre hexagonale et renforce la pression concurrentielle sur les producteurs fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des volumes fran\u00e7ais attendus en retrait cette ann\u00e9e<\/strong><br>La campagne 2026 devrait par ailleurs afficher des volumes fran\u00e7ais inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la saison pass\u00e9e. En cause : l&#8217;absence d&#8217;un important op\u00e9rateur qui n&#8217;a pas replant\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e. \u00ab Cela ampute forc\u00e9ment une partie des volumes fran\u00e7ais \u00bb, explique Emeline Vanespen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si plusieurs metteurs en march\u00e9 encouragent aujourd&#8217;hui la diversification en framboise, le d\u00e9veloppement de la production reste progressif. \u00ab La framboise est une culture particuli\u00e8rement gourmande en main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre. Ce sont des ateliers qui demandent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps et de soins. La d\u00e9cision de planter de la framboise ne se prend pas du jour au lendemain \u00bb. R\u00e9sultat : la progression des surfaces fran\u00e7aises demeure aujourd&#8217;hui \u00ab assez timide \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Structurer la fili\u00e8re face aux enjeux de francisation<\/strong><br>Pour l&#8217;AOPn Fraises Framboises de France, l&#8217;enjeu d\u00e9passe d\u00e9sormais la seule augmentation des volumes. La priorit\u00e9 est aussi de mieux structurer l&#8217;offre fran\u00e7aise et de s\u00e9curiser le march\u00e9 face aux pratiques de francisation, tr\u00e8s courantes dans la framboise. \u00ab Avec une offre fran\u00e7aise d\u00e9ficitaire et un produit \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e, les fraudes restent fr\u00e9quentes et p\u00e9nalisent directement le d\u00e9veloppement de la fili\u00e8re hexagonale. Cette concurrence d\u00e9loyale est particuli\u00e8rement probl\u00e9matique, et nous luttons activement contre ces pratiques frauduleuses \u00bb. Face \u00e0 cette situation, l&#8217;AOP souhaite travailler davantage avec les distributeurs afin d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la structuration du march\u00e9 et de renforcer la valorisation de l&#8217;origine fran\u00e7aise.
