It continues tomorrow with a field day at OZBlu Sun Farms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.com\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_es\/2026\/10\/28\/CASMPeru-Dia2-106.jpg?preset=ContentFullSmall\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the first day, leading international specialists will share perspectives on production management, innovation, and the industry&#8217;s evolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speakers include Sebasti\u00e1n Ochoa, director of CASM Blueberries and founder of Blueberries News, and Sim\u00f3n Mu\u00f1oz, International Adviser at CASM Blueberries. They will share their experience and insights into the industry&#8217;s development and the challenges producers face today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.com\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_es\/2026\/10\/28\/CASMPeru-Dia2-109.jpg?preset=ContentFullSmall\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Andr\u00e9s France, a plant pathology specialist and international adviser, will also participate and address the main challenges in plant health and the crop&#8217;s phytosanitary management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jorge Pacheco, production director at United Exports and OZ Varieties&#8217; representative for the Americas, will also join the discussion. He will draw on his experience in agricultural production and operations in Mexico to connect the technical content with the realities of production in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the event&#8217;s highlights will be the panel discussion closing the technical program, where participants can share perspectives on current challenges and opportunities for the industry&#8217;s development in Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.com\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_es\/2026\/10\/28\/CampoOZBluSunFarms.jpeg?preset=ContentFullSmall\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel will be moderated by Sebasti\u00e1n Ochoa and will include Jorge Pacheco, production director at United Exports and OZ Varieties&#8217; representative for the Americas; Marco Arias, Country Manager at Prize Mexico; David Aymans, CEO of Terraflux Agrotech M\u00e9xico; and Bernardo Hern\u00e1ndez Guzm\u00e1n, Production Director at Aba Value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussion will bring together different stakeholders in the supply chain for analysis and dialogue, focusing on the decisions and challenges currently shaping the evolution of blueberry production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From technical knowledge to field experience<\/strong><br>On October 29, a field day will be held at OZBlu Sun Farms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will give participants a firsthand look at the topics covered in the technical session through a tour of field-based demonstration stations. At each station, they can learn about management practices, strategies, and experiences applied under production conditions.
