{"id":33527,"date":"2022-10-13T16:46:20","date_gmt":"2022-10-13T14:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asparagusworld.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=33527"},"modified":"2025-07-07T13:51:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T13:51:08","slug":"de-nouvelle-references-pour-les-carences-minerales-de-lasperge","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/befve.com\/es\/news\/de-nouvelle-references-pour-les-carences-minerales-de-lasperge\/","title":{"rendered":"De nouvelle r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour les carences min\u00e9rales de l\u2019asperge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, l\u2019apparition de nouvelles vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et l\u2019optimisation des techniques culturales de ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, posent la question de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e9tablies\u00a0en mati\u00e8re d\u2019alimentation min\u00e9rale de l\u2019asperge par Morse en 1916; Born en 1979, Follett en 1984, Benson et Paulsen en 1990 , Hartmann et Warman en 1991, puis Bergman en 1993.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intertitre\"><strong>De nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, les derniers travaux du Dr C. Feller et d\u2019A. Mu\u0308ller du Leibniz Institute of Vegetable and Ornamental Crops, \u00e0 Gro\u00dfbeeren en Allemagne, compl\u00e8tent et corrigent les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s 12 ans plus t\u00f4t. Ces travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pendant deux ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives (2013 et 2014) selon une m\u00e9thodologie permettant d\u2019induire des carences et d\u2019en \u00e9valuer les impacts. (voir encadr\u00e9 1)<\/p>\n<p>Aux vues des r\u00e9sultats (voir taleau 1), les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e9tablies par Bergmann en 1993 restent d\u2019actualit\u00e9. Pour le\u00a0Magn\u00e9sium, elles sont comprises entre 0.15 \u00e0 0.30 %. Pour le Soufre elles sont sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 30 ppm et pour le Zinc entre 20 \u00e0 60 ppm. \u00a0En revanche, les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences analytiques \u00e9tablies par Bergmann en 1993 doivent \u00eatre augment\u00e9es. Pour\u00a0le Calcium, elles passent de 0.40 % \u00e0 plus de 0.80 %, le Potassium de 1.5 \u00e0 2.5 %. Pour le Bore, la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de 50 ppm augment \u00e0 plus de 150 ppm et celle du Mangan\u00e8se de 75 \u00e0 plus de 100 ppm. Ces valeurs \u00e9tablissent ainsi de nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour ces quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intertitre\"><strong>Un v\u00e9ritable impact sur le potentiel productif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des cons\u00e9quences sur la fonction chlorophyllienne (perte de surface foliaire), les r\u00e9sultats de cette recherche mettent en \u00e9vidence la perte de masse racinaire, organe majeur de stockage des r\u00e9serves glucidiques (voir ci-contre). Hormis la carence en mangan\u00e8se, toutes les autres carences ont un impact majeur sur la r\u00e9duction du volume et du poids des racines. Dans l\u2019ordre, la carence Magn\u00e9sienne (Mg) et Soufr\u00e9e (S) sont les plus significatives avec une perte de masse racinaire de 60 et 57%. Viennent ensuite le Potassium (K), le Zinc (Zn) et le Bore (B), avec respectivement 40%, 32% et 21% de perte. Elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 pour le Calcium (Ca), mais reste visuellement significative. Bien souvent les sympt\u00f4mes de carence se confondent avec d\u2019autres sympt\u00f4mes. Ils n\u2019ont pas les m\u00eames origines et n\u00e9cessitent un examen approfondi. Les causes peuvent \u00eatre nombreuses\u00a0: maladies, insectes, s\u00e8cheresse, gel, phytotoxicit\u00e9 d\u2019engrais foliaires ou d\u2019herbicides. Aussi, les carences peuvent s\u2019ext\u00e9rioriser de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res\u00a0: chloroses, n\u00e9croses partielles ou totales, couleurs des cladodes et des fleurs, d\u00e9formations et nanismes plus ou moins importants. Pour un diagnostic certain, une analyse foliaire, compl\u00e9t\u00e9e d\u2019une analyse de sol est n\u00e9cessaire. Le tableau des r\u00e9sultats \u00ab\u00a0Analyse des rameaux et des cladodes\u00a0\u00bb, peut d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 servir de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intertitre\"><strong>M\u00e9thodologie <\/strong><strong>des travaux du Dr C. Feller et d\u2019A. Mu\u0308ller<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les asperges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9es pendant deux ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives (2013 et 2014). La 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, les plants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9s en pots de 3l, remplis de terre. L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transplant\u00e9s dans des pots de 12 litres, remplis de mati\u00e8re neutre (sable de quartz lav\u00e9). A compter de ce moment, les plants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fertilis\u00e9s toutes les semaines \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une solution nutritive contenant tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs essentiels, sauf celui qui entra\u00eenera la carence. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9s \u00e0 un t\u00e9moin normalement fertilis\u00e9. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments manquants \u00e9taient soit le potassium (K), le magn\u00e9sium (Mg), le soufre (S), le bore (B), le mangan\u00e8se (Mn) ou le zinc (Zn). Les mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur 3 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s fr\u00e9quemment cultiv\u00e9es en Allemagne (Gijnlim, Rapsody et Cumulus). En 2014, deux modalit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires induisant une carence en phosphore (P) et en calcium (Ca) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s sur la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab Cumulus \u00bb. Ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments n&#8217;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s que visuellement. Pendant la culture 2014, tous les sympt\u00f4mes visibles de carence ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es et photographi\u00e9s. Fin 2014, les plantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9es, puis analys\u00e9es. Ces analyses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites sur les cladodes, les rameaux et des racines. This work confirms the references established by Bergmann for Magnesium, Sulfur and Zinc. They modify upwards (up to triple), the reference values \u200b\u200bof Calcium, Potassium, Boron and Manganese. In addition, they highlight the diversity of deficiency symptoms and the risk of confusion with other causes.
