La fecha de inicio de la campa\u00f1a no se ve influida por los factores clim\u00e1ticos gracias a un sistema subterr\u00e1neo de agua caliente que permite un gran control de la temperatura de los caballones. \u00abTenemos una gran ventaja, ya que podemos abrir las v\u00e1lvulas de agua caliente en cualquier parcela. Situado en el antiguo cauce del Loira, nuestro suelo tiene la ventaja de drenar muy bien, lo que nos permiti\u00f3 cosechar sin dificultad a pesar del exceso de lluvias.
