Cette dynamique s&#8217;inscrit toutefois dans un contexte o\u00f9 des contraintes structurelles importantes persistent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.fr\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_es\/2026\/04\/07\/WhatsAppImage2026-03-30at23.45.09.jpeg?preset=ContentFullSmall\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Avec plus de 10 000 hectares cultiv\u00e9s et une production d&#8217;environ 275 000 tonnes, la fraise s&#8217;impose comme une culture majeure de l&#8217;arboriculture br\u00e9silienne. La production est principalement concentr\u00e9e dans des \u00c9tats comme le Minas Gerais, S\u00e3o Paulo et le sud du pays, m\u00eame si son expansion g\u00e9ographique s&#8217;est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00bb, explique Altair Zotti, directeur commercial de Agrovivaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.fr\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_es\/2026\/04\/07\/WhatsAppImage2026-03-31at21.54.34.jpeg?preset=ContentFullSmall\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;un des principaux changements observ\u00e9s est le passage progressif de la culture en pleine terre vers des syst\u00e8mes plus technicis\u00e9s, tels que la culture sur substrat et les dispositifs semi-hydroponiques. \u00ab Cette transition permet d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 \u2014 qui peut d\u00e9passer 60 tonnes par hectare en culture prot\u00e9g\u00e9e \u2014 ainsi que la qualit\u00e9 et l&#8217;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des fruits \u00bb, souligne Altair Zotti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.fr\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_es\/2026\/04\/07\/WhatsAppImage2026-03-31at21.54.348.jpeg?preset=ContentCustom\" alt=\"\" width=\"229\" height=\"305\">Sur le plan vari\u00e9tal, le secteur \u00e9volue \u00e9galement. L&#8217;expiration des droits sur certaines vari\u00e9t\u00e9s internationales ouvre la voie \u00e0 une diversification g\u00e9n\u00e9tique accrue et au d\u00e9veloppement de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s mieux adapt\u00e9es aux conditions locales, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la fili\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9tale nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cette dynamique, le secteur reste confront\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs d\u00e9fis majeurs. La logistique, et en particulier la cha\u00eene du froid, constitue l&#8217;un des principaux points de blocage. \u00ab Le principal enjeu aujourd&#8217;hui est l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de la cha\u00eene du froid pour les fraises \u00bb, insiste Altair Zotti. \u00c0 cela s&#8217;ajoutent la hausse des co\u00fbts de production et la p\u00e9nurie de main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre, des probl\u00e9matiques qui touchent l&#8217;ensemble du secteur \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab En termes de d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s, les fraises br\u00e9siliennes sont majoritairement destin\u00e9es au march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur, avec environ 90 % des volumes \u00e9coul\u00e9s en frais. Les exportations restent limit\u00e9es en raison de la forte p\u00e9rissabilit\u00e9 du produit et des contraintes logistiques li\u00e9es aux exp\u00e9ditions longue distance. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshplaza.fr\/remote\/https\/agfstorage.blob.core.windows.net\/misc\/FP_es\/2026\/04\/07\/WhatsAppImage2026-03-31at21.54.33.jpeg?preset=ContentFullSmall\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour d&#8217;autres baies, notamment la myrtille, commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper. Bien que le Br\u00e9sil demeure aujourd&#8217;hui importateur, les perspectives \u00e0 moyen terme sont jug\u00e9es prometteuses. \u00ab La myrtille pr\u00e9sente un fort potentiel.
