Los datos agregados no muestran una ca\u00edda del fresco que permita hablar de una sustituci\u00f3n general entre ambos formatos, ya que Chile sigue exportando pr\u00e1cticamente el doble de ar\u00e1ndanos frescos que congelados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En \u00d1uble la relaci\u00f3n entre ambos canales es distinta. Durante 2025, la regi\u00f3n export\u00f3 US$87 millones en ar\u00e1ndanos congelados y US$74 millones en frescos, de acuerdo con ProChile. El IQF representa adem\u00e1s el 50% o m\u00e1s de los env\u00edos regionales, seg\u00fan INIA Quilamapu, en una zona que concentra alrededor del 23% de la superficie nacional destinada al cultivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mayor dinamismo del congelado coincide con el proceso de renovaci\u00f3n varietal que atraviesa la oferta fresca chilena. INIA ha destacado el buen desempe\u00f1o de Legacy y Blue Ribbon en IQF. Los antecedentes disponibles no permiten establecer cu\u00e1nto incide el recambio varietal del fresco en el crecimiento del congelado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En \u00d1uble, los precios del IQF convencional se ubicaron por encima de los niveles de la temporada anterior y fluctuaron entre US$1,30 y US$1,75 por kilo, seg\u00fan INIA. A escala de mercados externos, Estados Unidos continu\u00f3 como el principal comprador de ar\u00e1ndano congelado chileno, aunque los despachos hacia ese destino disminuyeron durante el per\u00edodo analizado. Otros mercados incrementaron sus compras tanto en volumen como en valor.
